Completing online forms for applying for a day pass/membership
Given name and surname, email address, telephone number, preferences (exercise, group lessons, personal training), address (street, street number, city and postcode), language, gender, student/non-student, previous Release membership, name of a colleague you know;

Email address, CV and covering letter as well as all personal details listed therein;
Supply chain management

Data of unsuccessful applicants | 5 years after an application was submitted
Contact details | 6 months after a contact request was completed
Email address (for newsletters and notifications) | Until you revoke consent
Data related to visiting our website | 6 months after you have visited our website
Irrespective of the period for which we keep your personal data, we will delete your personal data if you explicitly request that we do so via the above contact details.
